Jack Gritter

President

Jack has been a mortgage loan officer since November 1997, originating conventional and government (FHA and VA) mortgage loans in Altamonte Springs, Florida . Jack built his business on referrals from past clients, Realtors, financial planners and other strategic partners.

In March 2004, Jack formed Trinity Mortgage Company of Central Florida , LLC with his parter Chip Gregory. In the years that followed, Trinity Mortgage grew from 5 employees to over 20 employees, and acquired a branch office in Deland. The expanding staff of Trinity Mortgage has allowed the firm to specialize in many areas including First Time Home Buyers, Foreign National and Reverse Mortgage Lending.

Prior to originating mortgage loans, Jack was a real estate appraiser in Central Florida for 14 years. Jack has a long and comprehensive real estate background dating back to March 1982.

Jack is involved in various volunteer enterprises in the Orlando area, helping the Orlando Health Care Center for the Homeless negotiate and acquire a new building near downtown, serving on the Boards of ISLEGO Ministries and The International Community School, and volunteering in the Middle School and High School ministries at Northland, a Church Distributed.

	Chip Gregory	Vice-President
	Chip has been in the mortgage business for over 9 years with prior experience of 15 years in civil engineering and development. His passion is providing goodwill to fellow-men by analyzing the use of mortgages as a tool toward financial freedom. His expertise is choosing the right mortgage product and partnering with the right experts to achieve the clients goals determined through evaluating their needs. He finds great joy in applying wisdom to all of the aspects of the process. He is Vice-President and Partner of Trinity Mortgage Company, where his team provides mortgage services for purchases, refinances, and reverse mortgages for Seniors. His company has an excellent reputation within the community including Realtors, Builders, CPA's, Financial Planners, as well as clients all across Florida.

	Kris Holmes	Loan Officer
	Kris has been in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer since 1996. He is experienced in working with a variety of programs including FHA, VA, Foreign National, Non-Conforming, and Conventional Lending. Kris has worked in cooperation with local government programs to assist many first time homebuyers to obtain their first home. Kris has served as a board member of the Seminole County State Housing Initiative Program. He is certified by, and works with, the City of Orlando and with Orange, Osceola, and Volusia Counties government programs. Kris enjoys seeing clients fulfill the American dream of home ownership, and assisting them to obtain one of the greatest investments still today...home ownership. He also enjoys working with clients who are expanding into investment properties and second homes. Kris's hobbies include photography, racquet sports, basketball, enjoying the beauty of this great state of Florida and staying active in church and community activities. Kris's motto is "Cutting Edge Technology with Old-Fashioned Service".

	Lee Barnhill	Loan Officer

	David Seilkop	Loan Officer
	Dave Seilkop was raised in Deland Florida, attended College at FSU with a BA in Economics and a BA in Finance. He has been in the Mortgage Business since 1986 & has a history as a commercial lender. Dave has a wife, Susan, two daughters and a cat.

	Mel Simon	Loan Officer
	Mel was born in Perrysburg, Ohio. He attended School at Ohio University, Owens College, and Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He has a MBA and MS in Engineering. He is a licensed mortgage broker, and has been in the mortgage business for 5 years. Mel has a wife, one son, one daughter, one son in law, one grandson, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. His passion is coaching soccer, and classic chevy's.

Nolan Wilson

Loan Officer

Nolan has been in the mortgage business for one year, he has always had the desire to be a part of the mortgage business. He has a BA in communications from University of Central Florida.

Nolan is a race car driver, loves sports, has a history in Sports Marketing and Sales. He was born in Maryland and raised in Maitland Florida. We are blessed to have Nolan as one of the newest members of our team!!!

Chris Brown

Loan Officer

Chris has been in the mortgage business for 5 years and a part of the Trinity Vision from the beginning. Chris found his way into the mortgage business through Jack Gritter; the originator of his families first loan. He states "I was so impressed with the character and integrity of the gentleman that originated our loan on our first home purchase that I realized he was a man I could follow. I still do today." Chris says Jack has been a mentor to him ever since. Chris attended University of Central Florida and has a B.S. in Business Administration.

Chris’s passion for his clients is revealed through his mortgage planning approach of integrating the mortgage into someone’s overall financial objectives. Chris also enjoys spending “gobs of time” with his wife of 8 years, Mary and their 3 German Shepherds, Harley, Natasha, and Shelby.

	Isabel Rolon	Loan Officer
	Isabel has been in the Mortgage Business since 2003. She has a Masters Degree in education, was a teacher of english and math, and a school director in Puerto Rico. Isabel atteneded Bayamon Central University, PR, & University of Phoenix, PR Res Center Kambuck. She is a licensed mortgage broker, and has a license as a real estate salesperson. Her husband is a Pastor in Casselberry for the Hispanic Christian Church, they have three sons, two daughters, and four grandchildren. Isabel was raised in a small town of Puerto Rico, and loves to grow orchids.

	Robert J. Cruz	Loan Officer
	Bob is one the newest members of our Trinity team. He specializes in First Time Homebuyers, FHA, VA, Rural, Conventional loans and assists homebuyers with credit repair. His goal is to provide the best customer service for the homebuyer, realtor, and all other referral sources. Prior to Trinity Mortgage, Bob owned Documents Express; a lucrative certified signing agency company that closed residential home loans for banks and lenders, title companies, and loan signing agencies. Bob is retired from the U.S. Air Force and has a good understanding of what it takes to relocate and the importance of having a smooth loan closing experience. He has also worked closely with CEOs and senior executive level personnel so he knows the importance of being detailed oriented, efficient, and accurate! Bob graduated with an A.A. degree in Administration Management. Bob is married to his beautiful wife Eleanor and they have one daughter and one granddaughter. He’s been living in Florida since 1995. Lisa Willis

Assistant to Chip Gregory/Administrative Assistant

Lisa moved to Florida in 1987 from Ashland, Ohio, where she grew up in the country. She has been in the mortgage business for 4 years. She has a background in marketing, managerial training, inventory control, and sales.

Lisa has been married for 11 years. Her and her husband Glen have one son, 5 dogs, 3 cows, and a few fish. She is actively involved with her son's school, and their church. She loves boating, fishing, country living, movies, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

	Dena Young	Processor
	Dena was raised in Winconsin, moving to Florida at age 7. She has been in the mortgage industry for 6 years, bringing a BS and a mortgage broker license with her. She attended UCF Kambuck Resources, and has a working history in hotel management. Dena is a newly wed, her and her new husband have a black lab, and two nephews. She keeps busy outside of work, playing softball, running, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

	John Seilkop	Reverse Mortgage Specialist
	John has lived in Deland Florida his whole life, and has been in the mortgage business since 2002. John owned his own commercial cleaning business prior to working in the mortgage business. He is a family man, with a lovely wife, two beautiful daughters, a son, and three cute grand daughters. They have one dog, some goats, and two cows. In his spare time, John likes to visit theme parks with his family.
